I only had a coffee, but really impressed with the atmosphere, retro decor and the looks of their home-made pies. Also all the different things for sale and old collectables including plants and garden sculptures.
What an absolute gem of a cafe - everything there is all cooked and baked onsite, home made pies are absolutely to die for 10/10, coffee was equally amazing. Staff were super friendly and plenty of room for parking with vans etc. A must-stop place when travelling

Amazing pies, the coffee is nice and it is hot. Staff are so friendly. The pies are huge and very filling. All made on site. The vanilla slice was beautiful too. We'll be back to try their big brekky. 10/10
We stopped in at Gunbow Workshop Café and were so impressed with their selection of big pies. We had the pulled pork and onion pie, the pepper beef pie, and apple slice; all absolutely beautiful. The pies were full of flavour with perfect pastry, and the apple slice was fresh and delicious. Our coffees were strong, hot, and just how we like them. A very enjoyable visit all round. Highly recommended!
Always look forward to coming to the workshop Cafe when we holiday in the area. Such a comfortable place with warm welcoming staff and the pies are incredible with a wide variety to choose from.
Stopped for lunch and we were not disappointed. Nothing fancy but a great cafe with simple well made food. Something available for everyone. The pies are tasty and generous, as were the tastiest. Will be stopping there again.
